Chairman of the Organizing Team
Dr. Kay Peters holds the SVI Endowed Chair for Dialog Marketing and teaches in the (executive) MBA programs at the University of California Davis where he also conducts research with his colleagues. Integrated Offline-online Communication, Customer Centricity, and International Marketing are the foci of his research. His papers appeared in renowned journals like the Journal of Marketing Research or the Journal of interactive Marketing. Both, his research and (executive) teaching have been honored with international awards. He enjoys implementing innovative scientific solutions with firms to prove their relevance to practice.
Member of the Organizing Team
Doris Bombeck joined the SVI Endowed Chair for Dialog Marketing as an Office Manager and Project Coordinator. Due to former employments at the University of Münster and the pharmaceutical industry, she required solid organisational skills and extensive knowledge of arranging leading national and international conferences. Doris is responsible for the effective management and daily running of the office as well as co-ordinating and supervising the conference activities and processes.
Congress and Event Management Team
As a subsidiary of the University of Hamburg, the conference and event management team is well-versed in the wide range of requirements associated with holding scientific events – before, during and after the event. They provide an expert, reliable service and are well connected, both concerning facilities at the university and other Hamburg locations as well as locations throughout Germany.
From a small conference to a large-scale international conference, the scope of services includes all areas of conference and convention organization.
